What did you dream about last night?
Glorious NOTHING.
It took forever for me to fall asleep, but once I did, it was thankfully uneventful. I've been having a really hard time sleeping lately, that whole pain and agony thing.

Um... I think it was my sister's wedding. I was a bridesmaid in a stupid dress. Ugh.

What was the worst advice you ever received? Did you follow it?
two pieces of bad advice (both from professors):
1) you should work at disney! (no)
2) grad school is stupid for designers, why would you want to go if you don't want to teach?! (well, we'll see when I get there)

If you could get someone in your life to start a blog, who would it be and why?
My grandfather, mostly because he's so weird.
If you could open any sort of restaurant, what would it be like?
It would be super modern, with super attentive funny waitstaff (but not too annoying), smoking sections, lime drinks and blue drinks, with a bar that has black lights underneath it to illuminate the fun drink.... I'd bring back smart drinks, and I'd have the following dishes:
Artichoke dip (fancy like Ikon in Seattle)
Salmon in about 50 different ways
Pasta (a zillion ways, but always having a bland option)
Grilled Cheese
Creme Brulee (varieties!)
Afghani food
Indian
Various teas and coffees
the waiters would have those bread scoopers, and there'd be free appetizers, either bread, queso or salsa.
It'd probably be like a dessert bar. With some food to sop up all the desserts. I heart desserts.
